Rhonda Struminger, Ph. D., is Vice President, Research for Consulting Services for Education, Inc. (CS4Ed). Rhonda works with CS4Ed in the areas of education policy, trends analysis, and product research. For well over a decade Rhonda has worked on education products and policy analysis. As a Director of Content and then as Director of Online and Curriculum Productions at an education start–up company, Rhonda became very familiar with the challenges of delivering quality online content for the education market. While working at Houghton Mifflin Publishing as a Project Manager, and subsequently as Director of Product Integration, Rhonda was responsible for developing project plans, gathering technical and design specifications for new products, and managing development teams charged with implementation.

Informing Rhonda's professional experience is her graduate work. While earning a master's in education with a focus on technology from Harvard’s Graduate School of Education, Rhonda consulted with M.I.T. professors who were integrating technology in their classroom, and worked with Harvard Project Zero, documenting middle school teachers' best practices. Rhonda recently completed her Ph.D. in political science at Texas A&M University; her continuing research focuses on comparative education policy. Rhonda has been an author on the SIIA PreK–12 Education Technology Market: 2013 and the SIIA U.S. Educational Technology Market: Higher Education reports, and teaches a seminar on Executive Leadership at A&M University.
